3D design and printing

You don’t need a file. You need a part.

We design it, rebuild it from a 3D scan when needed, and print it, including in carbon or glass fiber filled engineering polymers.

01When you need it

The part you need isn’t for sale.

  • Out of production

    The spare is gone. We start from the part you have, even a broken one.

  • Too heavy

    You need the same part, only lighter.

  • Too expensive

    Machining or injection molding costs too much for a handful of parts.

02The service

We’re not a 3D print shop.

A ready file rarely arrives. A need does: we work out which part is needed and how to make it, then design it and print it.

If you already have the file, we’ll just print it.

03Materials

It’s not just plastic.

We mostly print engineering polymers filled with carbon or glass fiber. They handle high temperatures, corrosive environments and high mechanical loads.

In some cases they take the place of aluminum alloys, and the part weighs much less.

When that’s enough, we also print PLA, PETG, ABS and TPU.

No drawing? We take it from the part.

With a 3D scanner or by measuring, we rebuild the shape of an existing part: to remake it when it’s out of production, or to design an accessory that fits it.

06Why choose 3D printing

We adapt to your needs: if the part changes, we reprint it.

If the part’s geometry changes mid-project, 3D printing adapts: forget unexpected production costs. Getting it wrong is not a disaster.

08Who’s behind it

Giacomo Pandolfo

Design and 3D printing

Electrical technician by training, I study Mechanical Engineering at the University of Genoa. I have worked freelance since 2024, on mechatronic prototypes. I design in Fusion 360 and Solid Edge.

At weekends I volunteer with Civil Protection and forest firefighting. It has nothing to do with the parts, but it says how I respond when something goes wrong.
